采用ISSR分子标记技术对30个美国引种辣椒样品的遗传多样性进行研究,为选配辣椒杂交育种亲本选择提供了参考。根据加拿大哥伦比亚大学公布的100条随机引物,从中筛选出多态性强、重复性好的20条ISSR引物进行标记。共扩增出217条带,多态性百分率为67.3%。结果表明其遗传相似系数在0.5330-0.8302之间,在水平GS=0.6350可将其分为三类。表明ISSR分子标记进行辣椒遗传多样性的分析是可行的。辣椒品种间具有较丰富的遗传多样性。并为辣椒品种的选育和种质资源的保护提供理论依据。
ISSR molecular markers were used to study the genetic diversity of 30 introduced American pepper samples, which provided references for the selection of parents for pepper hybrid breeding. According to 100 random primers published by Columbia University, 20 ISSR primers with strong polymorphism and good repeatability were screened out. A total of 217 bands were amplified with a percentage of 67.3%. The results showed that the genetic similarity coefficient between 0.5330-0.8302, at the level of GS = 0.6350 can be divided into three categories. It is feasible to analyze the genetic diversity of pepper by ISSR molecular markers. Pepper varieties have rich genetic diversity. And provide theoretical basis for the breeding of pepper varieties and the protection of germplasm resources.
