一、前言压力容器接管部位是高应力集中的高梯度区,由于焊接较困难,常规无损检测又难以进行,因此一旦产生缺陷则很容易造成事故,所以一直是国内外学者重点研究的对象,为探索容器开孔接管部位最大峰值应变近似估算方法,从而对该部位缺陷进行安全性评定,采用1000×500mm模拟带接管宽板试样,在事先制有人工裂纹的接管应力集中区做应变等测量。
