针对预涂动态膜抗污染特性,对其处理含腐殖酸废水性能进行了研究,考察了涂膜液浓度、腐殖酸浓度及金属离子对膜通量及污染物去除率的影响,用SEM扫描电镜对污染动态膜表面进行了形貌表征。结果表明,动态膜处理含腐殖酸废水性能优于基膜,污染动态膜表面被凝胶态混合物覆盖,基膜未出现较明显的凝胶态物质;涂膜液浓度为0.45 g/L时处理效果最佳;腐殖酸浓度越高,膜通量衰减越快,去除率也越高;添加Fe~(3+)后膜通量衰减明显,Ca~(2+)使稳态膜通量增幅最大,其次是Mg~(2+)离子,Na~+作用不明显,Mg~(2+)和Na~+都降低了UV_(254)和UV_(436)去除率,Ca~(2+)使UV_(436)去除率增高,使UV_(254)去除率降低,添加Fe~(2+)的过滤后期对UV_(254)和UV_(436)去除率分别达93%和99%以上。
According to the anti-pollution characteristics of the pre-coated dynamic film, the properties of the wastewater containing humic acid were studied.
