历史经验证明,中国的事情能不能办好,关键在党的领导正确和干部队伍的坚强有力。其中党政领导干部队伍的素质如何,将是决定党和国家命运的根本性因素。因此,努力探索党政领导干部的成长规律,培养造就大批能够担负改革与发展重任的优秀党政领导干部,是党的建设的重大任务,是各级党委和党组织义不容辞的责任。
Historical experience proves that things in China can not be handled well. The key lies in the correct leadership of the party and the firmness and strength of the cadre ranks. The quality of the ranks of party and government leading cadres will be the fundamental factor that determines the fate of the party and state. Therefore, efforts to explore the law of growth of party and government leading cadres and to foster a large number of outstanding party and government leading cadres capable of shouldering the important task of reform and development are the major tasks of party building and an unshirkable responsibility of party committees and party organizations at all levels.
