哈姆林甜橙是一个早结、丰产、稳产、适应性广,既适合鲜销,又适于榨汁的优良品种。伹它的果实偏小,裂果严重,不耐贮藏,成为限制其大面积发展的主要原因。1978年春,我们在湖南省东安县芦洪市镇杨柳村建立了10亩哈姆林甜橙(枳砧)示范园,1980年开始结果。从1982年开始,我们根据哈姆林甜橙的品种特性,针对其存在的缺点,采取了一系列综合技术措施,其中包括在幼果期喷布低浓度2,4-D溶液。结果,不仅使其丰产性得到进一步发挥,而且达到了果实增大、基本不裂果和特别耐贮藏的目的。为了进一步证明2,4-D在哈姆林甜
