作为民国时期一位杰出的宪政学家,章渊若非常关注民生问题。他对宪政内涵的独特理解,使他能将宪政与经济问题以及民众的生活改善联系起来。他的民生思想直接来源于孙中山的民生主义理论。他将民生写入宪法,并在发展孙中山民生理论的具体内容的基础上,依据政治经济学的理论建构了自己的民生法律体系。理解他的民生法律观对于解决今天的民生问题有积极的启发意义。
As an outstanding constitutional historian in the Republic of China, Zhang Yuanruo paid great attention to people’s livelihood. His unique understanding of the connotation of constitutionalism allowed him to link constitutional and economic issues with the improvement of people’s lives. His livelihood thought came directly from Sun Yat-sen’s theory of people’s livelihood. He wrote the people’s livelihood into the constitution, and based on the specific content of Sun Yat-sen’s livelihood theory, constructed his own livelihood legal system according to the theory of political economy. Understanding his legal concept of people’s livelihood has positive enlightenment for solving the livelihood problems of today.
