随着我国市场经济的不断发展,各事业单位也随之面临着新的挑战,员工是事业单位的重要组成部分,为充分实现自身价值,事业单位必须采取一定措施来鼓励员工努力工作。员工的积极性上去了,事业单位才能在市场经济条件下一步一步稳步攀升。因此,很多事业单位在人力资源管理方面采取了绩效考核制度,基于此,探讨绩效考核在现代人力资源管理中的作用及应用。
With the continuous development of the market economy in our country, all institutions will also face new challenges. Employees are an important part of the institutions. In order to fully realize their own values, institutions must take certain measures to encourage employees to work hard. The enthusiasm of employees has gone up, and institutions can only steadily increase in the next step in market economic conditions. Therefore, many institutions have adopted a performance appraisal system in human resource management. Based on this, the role and application of performance appraisal in modern human resource management are discussed.
