目的:探讨徒手旋转在纠正持续性枕横位及枕后位中的应用方法及效果。方法:对52例胎方位呈持续性枕横位及枕后位孕妇,行经阴道徒手旋转胎头法,观察分析徒手转位成功率。结果:本组转至枕前位41例,失败11例,成功率为78.85%,且成功率与新生儿体重、头盆评分及四项评分等相关因素有关。结论:徒手旋转纠正持续性枕横位及枕后位可降低头位难产率,降低母婴并发症,有利于保障母婴健康。
Objective: To explore the method and effect of freehand rotation in correcting continuous occiput transverse position and occiput posterior position. Methods: 52 cases of fetal position was continuous occipital transverse position and posterior occipital position of pregnant women, vaginal hand rotation fetal head method, observed and analyzed the success rate of hand placement. Results: In this group, 41 cases were transferred to the anterior occipital region, 11 cases failed. The success rate was 78.85%. The success rate was related to the factors such as birth weight, head basin score and four scores. CONCLUSION: Manual rotation to correct continuous occiput transverse position and posterior occiput posterior position can reduce head dystocia rate and reduce maternal and infant complications, which is good for maternal and child health.
