为了保证从一九八五年元月一日起顺利施行《中华人民共和国森林法》及试行《内蒙古自治区森林管理条例》,内蒙古自治区人民检察院、内蒙古自治区高级人民法院和自治区司法厅、公安厅、林业厅联合发出通知,要求各地切实加强组织领导,做好部署,把实施《森林法》和试行《森林管理条例》纳入各级领导的重要议程。要组织有关工作人员,认真学习、领会《森林法》和《森林管理条例》的基本内容,做到准确运用法律。通知强调
To ensure the smooth implementation of the Forest Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Provisional Regulations on Forest Management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 1, 1985, the People’s Procuratorate of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Higher People’s Court of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Judicial Department of the Autonomous Region, the Public Security Bureau, Forestry Department jointly issued a circular calling on all localities to conscientiously strengthen organizational leadership and make arrangements for the implementation of the “Forest Law” and pilot “Forest Management Regulations” into the important agenda of leadership at all levels.
