机械化打结炉墙

我厂的3吨炼钢电孤炉,炉墙分为三大块和一小块。过去打结炉墙一直用手工,又脏又累又慢。“革命就是解放生产力,革命就是促进生产力的发展。”经过无产阶级文化大革命锻炼的我厂革命职工,高举毛主席亲自制定的“鞍钢宪法”的光辉旗帜,大搞群众性的技术革新运动。去年五月,在增产节约运动中,“三结合”的技术革新小组和电炉工人,遵照毛主席关于“自力更生,艰苦奋斗,破除迷信,解放思想”的教导,凭着一颗红心两只手,敢创、敢革命,经过一个多月的奋战,实现了机械化打结炉墙。一年多来的使用实践证明,这种机械化打炉墙装置的优点是:结构简单,操作方便,生产效率高;用电省,已降到原来的1/16;打结的炉墙较原来手工大有提高。现简介如下,供参考。 I plant 3 tons of steel electric furnace, furnace wall is divided into three blocks and a small piece. In May last year, in the campaign to increase production and save energy, the “three combined” technical innovation group and electric stove workers, following Chairman Mao’s teachings on “self-reliance, hard work, breaking superstition and emancipating the mind,” relied on one heart and two hands, Dare to create, dare revolution, after more than a month of fighting, to achieve a mechanized knot furnace wall. The use of more than a year of practice has proved that the mechanization of the furnace wall device has the advantages of: simple structure, easy operation, high production efficiency; electricity province, has dropped to 1/16; the knotted furnace wall than the original Manual greatly improved.
