目的检测4种不同含氟窝沟封闭剂的氟离子释放和回收能力。方法采用4种不同的含氟窝沟封闭剂,包括Fuji VⅡ、FujiⅡLC、Fissurit F以及Teethmate F-1。将各种材料制备成圆盘状样本,储存在含有5 ml去离子水的聚乙烯试管中,21 d后,用1.23%酸性磷酸氟(APF)凝胶处理每个样本,用氟离子选择性电极检测1~7、14、21、22、28、35 d和42 d的氟释放量。结果玻璃离子封闭剂Fuji VⅡ氟离子释放量最高;树脂加强型玻璃离子封闭剂FujiⅡLC氟离子回收能力最强;Fissurit F氟离子回收能力最差。在整个检测时间段内,玻璃离子类封闭剂比其他封闭剂有更高的氟离子释放(P<0.05);4种封闭剂在APF凝胶处理后氟离子释放均有显著性增高(P<0.05)。结论 在6周的短期研究中,玻璃离子为基础的封闭剂Fuji VⅡ和FujiⅡLC与其他封闭剂比较显示了较高的氟离子释放及回收能力。
Objective To test the fluoride ion release and recovery ability of four kinds of fluorine-containing pit and fissure sealants. Methods Four different fluoride fissure sealants, including Fuji V II, Fuji II LC, Fissurit F, and Teethmate F-1, were used. Various materials were prepared as disk-shaped samples and stored in polyethylene test tubes containing 5 ml of deionized water. After 21 days each sample was treated with 1.23% acidic phosphoric acid fluoride (APF) gel and treated with fluoride ion selectivity Electrodes were tested for fluoride release at 1, 7, 14, 21, 22, 28, 35 d and 42 d. Results The fluoride ion release of glass ionomer sealant was the highest. FujiⅡLC resin was the strongest resin-reinforced glass ionomer sealant. Fissurit F fluoride ion was the worst. Fluoride ion release was higher in the glass ionomer sealant than in other sealants (P <0.05) during the entire testing period. Fluoride release of the four sealants was significantly increased after APF gel treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusions In a six-week short-term study, glass ion-based sealers Fuji V II and Fuji II LC showed higher fluoride ion release and recovery compared with other blocking agents.
