目的探讨优质护理对温水泡手配合金黄散外敷预防化疗性静脉炎满意度的影响。方法 2015年1月-2016年1月,深圳龙华新区中心医院90例化疗患者均给予温水泡手配合金黄散外敷治疗,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理和优质护理,每组45例。根据生活质量测定量表及满意度调查表,通过χ2检验及t检验,比较两组静脉炎发生率、护理后患者生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组静脉炎发生率显著降低(8.89%vs 28.89%,χ2=5.87,P<0.05);护理后生活质量各维度得分及总分均明显增高(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显改善(88.89%vs68.89%,χ2=5.40,P<0.05)。结论温水泡手配合金黄散外敷预防化疗性静脉炎期间,优质护理能够降低化疗性静脉炎的发生率,提升患者生活质量及护理服务满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on the satisfaction of warm water bubble hand and golden powder for preventing chemotherapy phlebitis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 90 patients with chemotherapy in Longhua New District Central Hospital of Shenzhen were treated with warm water bubble hand and golden powder external application. According to the random number method, they were divided into control group and observation group, and received routine nursing And quality care, 45 cases in each group. According to the QOL and Satisfaction Questionnaire, the incidence of phlebitis, the quality of life after care and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups by χ2 test and t test. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower (8.89% vs 28.89%, χ2 = 5.87, P <0.05). After the nursing, the scores of all dimensions and the total scores of quality of life were significantly increased (P <0.05) Patients' satisfaction with nursing services was significantly improved (88.89% vs68.89%, χ2 = 5.40, P <0.05). Conclusions During the period of warm phlebotomum and golden powder external application to prevent chemotherapy phlebitis, high quality nursing can reduce the incidence of chemotherapy phlebitis, improve patient quality of life and satisfaction with nursing service.
