目的:研究治疗地震脑损伤肢体功能障碍的中西医结合综合康复方案。方法:采用多中心随机对照研究方法,将合格受试者随机分为对照组(64例)和治疗组(63例),分别给予单纯康复方案和针刺、康复技术相结合的中西医结合综合康复方案治疗,评价其疗效及安全性。结果:治疗2月后,2组患者肢体运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活能力等指标均得到显著改善。在改善的程度上,治疗2月后治疗组患者上肢及下肢运动功能、日常生活能力改善程度较对照组更显著;治疗结束后6月随访,治疗组患者日常生活能力的继续改善程度较对照组更为显著。结论:以针刺、康复技术相结合的中西医结合综合康复方案治疗地震脑损伤肢体功能障碍安全有效,较单纯康复方案治疗疗效更突出。
Objective: To study the comprehensive rehabilitation program of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of limb dysfunction in earthquake-induced brain injury. Methods: A multicenter randomized controlled study was conducted. The eligible subjects were randomly divided into control group (64 cases) and treatment group (63 cases), and were given pure rehabilitation programs and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniques integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine Rehabilitation program treatment, evaluation of its efficacy and safety. Results: After 2 months of treatment, the indexes of limb motor function, balance function and daily living ability of both groups were significantly improved. To the extent of improvement, after 2 months of treatment, the improvement of motor function of upper extremity and lower extremity of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group; after 6 months of treatment, the daily living ability of the treatment group continued to improve more than the control group More significant. Conclusion: The acupuncture and rehabilitation techniques combining traditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive rehabilitation program for the treatment of limb injury in earthquake-induced brain injury is safe and effective, compared with simple rehabilitation program treatment more prominent.
