隐性分层教学在大学英语教学中的应用

随着社会的不断发展进步,忽视学生个性发展的同一规格教育的弊端不断显露出来,造成大学英语教学出现费时低效的局面。随着教育改革的不断发展,差异性教育符合了现代教育理念,针对学生的个体差异,以及教育部因材施教的教学原则,从保护学生情感出发实行英语隐性分层教学,使不同层次的学生都能在自己的“最近发展区”内获得发展。文章对隐性分层教学的内涵、理论依据、具体方法、实验效果等各方面进行了论述。 With the continuous development of society, the drawbacks of the same-specification education, which neglects the development of students’ personality, have been exposed continuously, resulting in a time-consuming and inefficient situation in college English teaching. With the continuous development of education reform, differentiated education conforms to the concept of modern education. According to the individual differences of students and the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude by the Ministry of Education, the teaching of hidden language in English is implemented from the perspective of protecting students’ emotions so that students of different levels Can be in their own “Development Zone ” within the development. The article discusses the connotation, theoretical basis, specific methods, experimental results and other aspects of the tactile hierarchical teaching.
