在GB/T 7714—2005《文后参考文献著录规则》中,对于用西文和汉语拼音字母书写的人名中的姓采用什么字母,并没有做出要求性的规定,仅在示例中全部采用了大写字母,表示在著录实践中姓的全部字母都大写和仅首字母大写均可。
In the GB / T 7714-2005 “Post-Reference Bibliographic Rules”, there is no requirement for what letters are used in surnames written in both the Western and Chinese pinyin letters, and only the examples are used in full Capital letters indicate that all the surnames in the captioning practice are capitalized and capitalized only in the first letter.
