职业技能和综合素质培养是人才培养的两个重要组成部分,是不可分割的一个整体,两者是相辅相成的关系。当前高职教育重职业技能培养的多,往往忽视综合素质的培养,而综合素质又恰恰是关乎学生职业生涯可持续发展的核心因素。辽宁林业职业技术学院在环艺专业中推行的学生职业技能及综合素质一体化培养模式改革,旨在通过实施一些改革策略,在职业技能和综合素质培养中建立一种纽带关系,使其成为一个有机的、整体的培养体系。
