2016年6月12日,我园园长吴春玲在全园教师会上宣布我园上报的教研课题“一物多玩”终于批准结题了。消息传来,全园教师欣喜万分,如春风吹进心田,激动不已。回想多年的教学实践历程,很是感慨。我对这种教学方式与手法经历了由自发到自觉的过程。由偶然使用到经常使用;由随意使用到自觉使用;由局部使用到广泛使用。通过大量的尝试与实践,体会到这种教学方式手段的神奇效果。那就是:幼儿越来听话,家长反映越来越好,教学
On June 12, 2016, Wu Chunling, head of our garden, announced at the teachers’ meeting of the whole garden that the teaching and research project reported by I Park has finally approved the conclusion. The news came, the whole garden teachers delighted, such as spring breeze into the heart, excited. Recalling years of teaching practice, it is feeling. I have experienced this process of spontaneous and conscious teaching methods and techniques. From occasional use to regular use; from casual use to conscious use; from topical use to widespread use. Through a great deal of trial and practice, I realized the magical effect of this teaching method. That is: Children listen more and more, parents reflect better and better, teaching
