在全球竞争环境下,利用电子商务在供应链成员中组建动态联盟来应对全球市场机遇成为企业资源优化和保持竞争优势的关键问题。本文提出了一个在敏捷制造环境下,支持企业寻找市场机遇、挑选合作伙伴组成动态联盟、优化和重组动态联盟项目流程、项目计划和控制设计,以及项目绩效评价的动态联盟项目管理平台模型。这个系统可以与企业其他信息系统集成形成一个更大的企业商务环境,对企业供应链的运行提供决策支持。
In the global competitive environment, the use of e-commerce in the supply chain members to form a dynamic alliance to address the global market opportunities become the key issue of enterprise resource optimization and maintain competitive advantage. This paper presents a dynamic alliance project management platform model that supports enterprises to find market opportunities, select partners to form dynamic alliances, optimize and reorganize the process of dynamic alliance project, project planning and control design, and project performance evaluation under agile manufacturing environment. The system can be integrated with other information systems of the enterprise to form a larger enterprise business environment and provide decision support for the operation of the enterprise supply chain.
