为了进一步降低机械通气新生儿下呼吸道细菌感染,提高机械通气患儿的存活率。本文分析了我院1985~1996年NICU内应用呼吸器治疗158例患儿并发下呼吸道细菌感染情况,按1985~1989年(甲组)57例、1990~1991(C组)36例、1992~1996年(丙组)65例三阶段进行分析。拟定预防感染措施是:(1)严格预防呼吸治疗装置的污染而引起的感染;(2)气管内冲洗吸痰严格遵守无菌操作,呼吸道管道、接头、湿化加热器内蒸馏水每天更换,消毒;(3)室内空气消毒与保洁;(4)抗生素的应用和支持疗法。结果使下呼吸道分泌物培养由原来的100%(1,3)。降至乙组的47.2%至丙组的35.38%。胸片示肺部感染加重由甲组的46.65%降至乙组的22.2%丙组的9.23%。
In order to further reduce the bacterial infection of lower respiratory tract in neonates with mechanical ventilation and improve the survival rate of children with mechanical ventilation. Chest radiography showed pulmonary infection increased from 46.65% in group A to 22.2% in group B and 9.23% in group C.
