练塘是上海青浦的一个水乡小镇,这里源远流长的水乡文化并没有成为场景化风情旅游的消费对象,而是在现代化的进程中仍充满生机地自我更新着。这个基层政府办公建筑设计,延续了这种发展方向,探索对传统江南建筑内在结构的继承与更新以及地方建筑特征的内化。作为基层行政机构的镇政府,兼具行政管理与社区服务两大功能,它更需要一个开放的亲民形象。
Liantang is a waterfront town in Qingpu, Shanghai. The water culture of a long history here has not become the consumption target of scene-oriented tourism. Instead, it is still full of vitality and self-renewal in the process of modernization. The design of this grass-roots government office building continues this direction of development and explores the internalization of the inherent structure of the traditional Jiangnan architecture as well as the local architectural features. As the grass-roots administrative agencies of the town government, both administrative and community service two functions, it also needs an open people-oriented image.
