通过对云南省部分公立医院收费和价格管理中存在问题的分析,提出未来的改进建议。云南省本次组织的全省医药价格督查历时两年,督查范围从省级到乡镇级共51所公立医院,为之付出了大量的努力,也取得了很好的成效。而各级医院在医药价格管理组织体系、制度建设、医疗服务价格、药品与医用耗材价格管理和执行方面存在的问题,亟需对其进行相关政策分析及改进措施的研究,但目前国内外很少见这方面的公开报道。
Based on the analysis of some problems in the charge and price management of some public hospitals in Yunnan Province, some suggestions for improvement in the future are put forward.
