战略性新兴产业是引导未来经济社会发展的重要力量,是中国未来经济发展的重心。本文基于对先进国家和地区新兴产业发展模式和途径的研究,并结合四川省的产业现状,从促进科技创新、促进产业发展、快速集聚资源、有选择地发展四个方面对战略性新兴产业发展模式进行研究,并提出了以组建战略性新兴产业联盟、借鉴“硅谷模式”、培育战略性新兴产业运营商为主体的战略性新兴产业发展途径。
Strategic emerging industries are an important force in guiding future economic and social development and are the focus of China’s future economic development. Based on the research on the development modes and approaches of emerging industries in advanced countries and regions, combined with the status quo of industries in Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the development of strategic emerging industries from four aspects: promoting technological innovation, promoting industrial development, rapidly gathering resources and selectively developing Mode, and puts forward the development path of strategic emerging industries with strategic all-in-one industry alliances and “Silicon Valley model” as the main body to cultivate strategic emerging-industry operators.
