本刊记者:请简单介绍下您的工作经历以及多年从事公安工作的体会。于世春:我1981年参加工作,担任过交警中队指导员,派出所教导员,派出所所长,镇党委书记,区公安局副局长,市公安局党委委员、交警支队长等职务。从事交管工作给我最大的感悟就是要尊重生命、体现人性。交通安全关系着身边的每一个人、每一条生命,责任、牺牲、奉献就注定伴随我们前行。生命大如天,由于管理严格,可能群众一时不理解有怨懑情绪,但当挽救了一条生命,减少一次血肉横飞、泪雨
