工业余热,按其温度范围可分为高温余热(高于500℃)、中温余热(250~500℃)和低温余热(低于250℃)。目前,我国的中、低温余热占总余热资源的80%左右,其中大部分都被作为废热排放掉,浪费严重。目前,能源短缺已成为世界性的严重问题。解决能源危机的途径不外乎开发与节约,而节约能源是投资少,见效快、潜力大、可发动广大群众动手的好办法,必须优先考虑。如何合理地充分利用余热,是采用热的直接利用,还是热——动力合用,还是仅用于动力,这是在拟订余热利用方案时首先要考虑的,因而研究衡量余热利用
Industrial waste heat, according to its temperature range can be divided into high-temperature waste heat (above 500 °C), moderate temperature residual heat (250 ~ 500 °C) and low-temperature waste heat (less than 250 °C). At present, China’s low- and middle-temperature waste heat accounts for about 80% of the total waste heat resources, and most of them are discharged as waste heat, causing serious waste. At present, energy shortages have become a serious problem worldwide. The way to solve the energy crisis is nothing more than development and conservation. Saving energy is a good way to invest less, produce quick results, have great potential, and can motivate the masses. It must be given priority. How to make full use of waste heat is to use direct heat, heat or power, or only for power. This is the first consideration in formulating waste heat utilization plans.
