南京市溧水区第二实验小学创办于1980年,是“江苏省实验小学”、“江苏省绿色学校”、“江苏省文明学校”、“江苏省依法治校示范学校”、“南京市小学艺术活动中心”、“南京市艺术教育普及性特色学校”、“南京市阳光体育学校”。学校确立了“精品、特色”的发展定位,秉持“办有特色、教有特点、学有特长”的理念,强调以生为本,走出了“以民族艺术、经典诗词和‘状元文化’温暖、明亮、激励学生”的特色之路。1990年,学校成立了全县第一支也是唯一坚持到现在的学生民乐队。20多年来,民乐队的许多队员后来“奏”进了高校、部
