由于新生儿的免疫机能发育不够完善,以至容易发生多种病原性或条件性细菌的感染,甚至导致新生儿发生全身广泛性的感染或危及生命。因此,新生儿感染及其预防的问题已受到国内外的高度重视。本文对105例产科分娩的正常新生儿手掌的菌群、种类、分布及其药物敏感性进行了调查,探讨了新生儿手掌的带菌情况及其与新生儿感染的关系,现将结果报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 调查对象 本院妇产科105例新生儿,其中男性56例,女性49例,剖宫产61例,阴道产44例,分为出生1~12h组17例,出生12~24h组26例,出

Therefore, the problem of neonatal infection and its prevention has been highly valued at home and abroad.
