Dr. Bean: Recently, I attended an informal gathering of HR colleagues. In the exchange I found that many businesses are headache for junior staff job-hopping. For junior staff, we are defined as new recruits who have graduated to work for less than three years. Many HRs say that in their businesses, employees who work for about three years have a much higher turnover rate than employees of other working years, and the last thing they want to see is the turnover of those people. Why junior staff quit so frequently? Enterprises have no responsibility? In today’s workplace chat room I invited two guests, one is planning to quit new career Ni Peizhou, and one is my HR friend Manager Wang.
