用植物组织培养方法繁殖苗木,已在园艺植物中得到广泛应用,但国内真正将组织培养方法用于苗木大批量生产还不多见。组织培养除需要一定设备条件和成本较高外,试管苗移栽成活率低,也是影响组织培养在苗木生产中推广应用的一个原因。因而摸索提高试管苗移栽成活率的方法十分重要。 材料和方法 供试的葡萄试管苗品种有:黑贝蒂、红富士、密而紫、Jumbo、红瑞宝、高尾、京超等。
Plant tissue culture methods of seedling propagation, has been widely used in horticultural plants, but the real domestic tissue culture methods for mass production of seedlings is rare. Tissue culture in addition to the need for certain equipment and high cost, the survival rate of test tube seedlings transplanted low, but also affect the tissue culture in seedling production and promote the use of a reason. Therefore, exploring ways to improve the survival rate of transplanted in vitro plantlets is very important. MATERIALS AND METHODS Varieties of grape seedlings tested were: black Betty, red Fuji, Mi and purple, Jumbo, red Ruibao, high tail, Jingchao and so on.
