目的 :控制驻石部队肠道传染病的发生与流行 ,探索与目前的流行病学条件相适应的防治措施 ,为做好部队肠道传染病的预防提供对策。方法 :以切断肠道肠道传染病的传播途径为重点 ,结合健康教育和饮食卫生综合管理。采取对部队进行健康教育 ,加强卫生检测监督 ,实行营区综合整治和分餐制。结果 :采取措施后肠道传染病较以前下降了 2 .5‰ ,与同期对照比较有明显差异。结论 :加强切断传染病的传播途径 ,结合健康教育和饮食卫生综合管理是预防肠道传染病的行之有效的对策
OBJECTIVE: To control the occurrence and prevalence of intestinal infectious diseases in the stone units and to explore prevention and control measures that are compatible with the current epidemiological conditions, so as to provide measures for the prevention of intestinal infectious diseases in troops. Methods: To cut off the spread of intestinal infectious diseases as the focus, combined with health education and integrated diet and health management. Take the health education of troops, strengthen health inspection and supervision, and implement the integrated rectification and meal distribution system in camps. Results: After taking the measures, the intestinal infectious diseases decreased by 2.5% compared with before, which was obviously different from the control in the same period. Conclusion: To strengthen the transmission of infectious diseases and to integrate health education and integrated diet and health management is an effective countermeasure to prevent intestinal infectious diseases
