一、“八五”成果辉煌中国人民保险公司云南省分公司已全面超额完成“八五”计划确定的主要任务,为“九五”的进一步发展打下了良好的基础。(一)保险业务持续、快速、健康发展,经济实力和偿付能力大大增强“八五”是云南人保发展壮大最重要的五年。全省系统国内外保费收入1990年到1995年翻了4.4番。“八五”期间,各项保费收入累计相当于“七五”期间各项保费收入的4.47倍,年均递增34.35%,高于全国系统平均增幅9.67个百分点。这期间有两次突破性发展。一次是1993年保费收入增长速度达57.46%,比全国系统平均增长速度高出10.5个百分点,由1992年增长速度在全国排名第27位,跃居为1993年的首位,为云南
