目的观察丹参多酚酸盐联合高压氧治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择2012年11月—2013年11月徐州医学院第二附属医院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予高压氧治疗。治疗前、治疗7 d及14 d后参照脑卒中评分标准进行神经功能缺损程度量表(NIHSS)评分,治疗14 d后判定两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d、14 d后观察组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合高压氧治疗脑梗死疗效较好,能有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Salviae miltiorrhizae polyphenols combined with hyperbaric oxygen on cerebral infarction. Methods From November 2012 to November 2013, 104 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Salviae polyphenols on the basis of routine treatment. Patients in the observation group were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group. Neurological impairment scale (NIHSS) was scored before treatment, 7th day and 14th day after treatment according to the criteria of stroke score. After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was judged. Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). On the 7th and 14th day after treatment, NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae polyphenols combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of cerebral infarction better curative effect can effectively improve the degree of patients with neurological deficit.
