萝卜是我县主要蔬菜品种之一,播种面积大,种子用量多。因此,选用良种和鉴别种子质量是生产的关键。 萝卜可分为早熟、中熟、迟熟三种类型。种子主要由种皮和胚构成,剥开种皮是胚的两片子叶。胚可分为胚芽、胚轴、胚根三部分。胚根在同一类型内差异不明显,但在不同类型中差异明显。种性和类型的鉴别,主要通过外观品质和内在结构进行观察比较。
Radish is one of the main vegetable varieties in our county, sown area, the amount of seeds and more. Therefore, the selection of elite and identification of seed quality is the key to production. Radish can be divided into early maturity, maturity, late maturity three types. The seed consists mainly of the seed coat and the embryo, and the peeled seed coat is two cotyledons of the embryo. Embryos can be divided into embryo, hypocotyl, radicle three parts. There was no significant difference in radicle in the same type, but significant difference in different types. Identification of species and types, mainly through the appearance of quality and internal structure were observed and compared.
