年年都进行税收.财务,物价大检查,但是每年的违纪数额不但没有减少.而且越来越多。诚然,违纪的成因很多。但是,它与财会人员的管理密不可分.可以说.只要财会人员遵纪守法.违纪现象就可以大大减少.因此,笔者有以下意见和建议: 一、加强对财会人员的培训.制定考核录用制度.现在基层财会人员的素质普遍较差.有的还是半路出家.对业务很不热悉.不能胜任本职工作。因此。笔者认为应该对财会人员加强培训。
