目的 探讨围产儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白的含量。 方法 采用酶免法检测剖宫产分娩围产儿40例及其母血视黄醇结合蛋白含量。 结果 正常围产儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白含量(24 .9 ±16 .5) mg/L 高于低体重儿者〔(19 .8 ±17 .2) mg/L〕。围产儿脐血视黄醇结合蛋白含量明显低于母血视黄醇结合蛋白含量。 结论 在正常围产儿与低体重围产儿之间,血清视黄醇结合蛋白含量有显著差异。
Objective To investigate the content of retinol binding protein in perinatal umbilical cord blood. Methods Enzyme immunoassay was used to detect 40 cases of perinatal delivery of cesarean section and its serum retinol binding protein content. Results The content of retinal-bound protein in umbilical blood of normal infants (24.9 ± 16.5) mg / L was higher than that of low-weight children 〔(19.8 ± 17.2) mg / L〕. Perinatal umbilical cord blood retinol binding protein content was significantly lower than maternal serum retinol binding protein content. Conclusion There is a significant difference in serum retinol binding protein between normal and low birth weight infants.
