在工作过程中,工学结合,产学合作是以学校和企业紧密合作为手段的现代教育模式。本文以电子信息类专业为载体,研究将工学结合,产学合作等形式有机融入人才培养过程中,按照工作过程,依据渐进式能力养成规律,制定出人才培养流程与实施方案。通过校企共同参与的一系列教育教学活动,培养出具有一定管理能力的高素质、高技能、创新型人才。实现了校、企、生多赢。
