D—CDA晶体属于负单轴晶,KDP系列,点群为42m,是一种优良的非线性光学晶体。根据负单轴晶的Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类位相匹配条件和光率体公式,可以分别得到二个位相匹配角度公式。但对于1.064μm的倍频过程,理论计算和实验测试都表明这种晶体在室温下不能实现Ⅱ类位相匹配。Ⅰ类位相匹配方式是o+o→e,匹配角度公式为:
D-CDA crystal is a negative uniaxial crystal, KDP series, point group is 42m, is an excellent non-linear optical crystal. According to the match conditions of type I and type II of negative uniaxial crystal and the formula of photon body, the formulas of two phase matching angles can be obtained respectively. However, for the doubling frequency of 1.064μm, both theoretical calculations and experimental tests show that this type of crystal can not match with type Ⅱ at room temperature. Ⅰ type of phase matching method is o + o → e, the matching angle formula is:
