北京市邮政汽运局党委在创先争优活动中建立了班子成员挂钩联系基层支部制度,通过对基层支部工作的跟踪指导常态化,帮助各支部夯实基础、解决问题、找准特色,不断提升基层支部的战斗力。规范支部工作,夯实支部创先争优工作基础。党委班子成员深入6个车队党支部,发现促进支部基础工作规范化的制度并不完善,比如已下发的支部工作手册虽以台账的形式规范了“三会一课”等主要工作,但对纪检、宣传、党员发展等不适合台账规范,可以采取量化考核的工作,缺乏相应的考核标准,各支部工作质量、进度参差不齐。
