贝可乐(BPD—DPI)是近年国产的丙酸倍氯米松胶囊式干粉剂。我们近年对132例哮喘患儿使用取得了较好的疗效。本组男89例,女43例;年龄4岁～5岁10例,～7岁34例,～11岁57例,～14岁31例。患儿均来自哮喘专科门诊,符合中华医学会儿童哮喘的诊断标准。病程1年～12年。根据《全球哮喘管理和预防》的病情分级,其中Ⅰ级7例(5.30％),Ⅱ级23例(17.43％),Ⅲ级81例(61.36％),Ⅳ级
Beco (BPD-DPI) is made in China in recent years, beclometasone dipropionate capsule dry powder. In recent years, we have achieved good results in 132 children with asthma. The group of 89 males and 43 females; aged 4 to 5 years in 10 cases, ~ 7 years in 34 cases, ~ 11 years in 57 cases, ~ 14 years in 31 cases. Children are from asthma specialist clinic, in line with the Chinese Medical Association diagnosis of asthma in children. Course of 1 years to 12 years.
