网络时代的到来推动了教研活动新模式——网络教研的出现,它突破了传统教研活动中时空与人员的限制,借助WEB、BLOG、BBS、QQ群组、UC课堂等网络媒介拉近了学科专家、教研员、一线教师和普通教师之间的距离,为实现他们在教学方法、教学过程、教学管理、教学评价及反思等方面的及时交流与资源共享提供了平台。高中英语课改要求的提出,也使广大英语教师意识到传统的教学研究模式不再能及时满足大家的沟通需求及更好地实现教师自身的发展,而网络媒介的出现使教师能充分利用便捷高效的网络资源来弥补传统教研模式的不足。网络教研以开放、互动、共享、平等交流的方式吸引着越来越多的教育工作者,在扩大教研工作覆盖面的同时,也为教研工作注入新的活力,让教师体验着创新和探索带来的快乐,从而提高了整体教研水平。近年来,亭林中学校在网络教研方面研究颇深,通过即时通、QQ群及教师信息交流平台下的集体备课、开发教学资源库、专题讨论、教学中“三反思两实践”等方式促进了教师的专业化发展,为中学英语教研工作的高效进行开辟了一片新天地。
