随着企业改革的不断深化发展,农垦企业内部职工的思想观念不断发生变化,对自身的物质、文化、生活需要提出了新的要求,使得农垦企业面临着更大的挑战与压力。为此,企业在改革发展的同时,充分重视企业的政治思想工作,帮助职工树立正确的立场与观念,以稳定的思想,以积极向上的心态,为企业的健康有序发展不断贡献力量。本文将从企业经济工作、文化建设与人事行政管理三方面重点阐述政治思想工作在企业中发挥的作用。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of enterprises, the ideas and ideas of employees within the farming and reclamation enterprises have undergone constant changes and put forward new requirements on their own material, cultural and life needs, which has brought about more challenges and pressures on the enterprises engaged in land reclamation. This article will focus on the role of political and ideological work in enterprises from the three aspects of economic work, cultural construction and personnel administration.
