In this paper, a chemical plant labor hygiene survey to explore the health hazards of lead and its concentration and harm of the relationship between. Found that the workplace lead dust concentration up to 44.37mg / m ~ 3. More than the national health standards 886.4 times. The average rate of excessive compliance was 84.21%. 34 workers urinary lead average 0.116mg / L, exceeding the standard rate of 61.76%. Lead poisoning detection rate was 22.22%. Lead absorption rate was 8.33%. The results showed that: (1) The content of lead in urine was related to the level of lead exposure to air. The longer the lead work, the higher the lead poisoning detection rate. (2) chronic lead inhalation has no obvious effect on blood pressure. (3) The lead hazard of this factory is more serious, and it should be given enough representativeness among factories and factories below county level.
