十一届全国人大代表、湖南中烟工业有限责任公司总经理周昌贡温家宝总理在政府工作报告中指出,继续推动国有资本调整和国有企业重组。对此,十一届全国人大代表、湖南中烟工业有限责任公司总经理周昌贡认为,烟草行业应加大跨省重组力度,促进资源在更大范围内合理流动,不断提高中国烟草整体竞争实力。
In the government work report, Premier Wen Jiabao, the deputy to the 11th National People’s Congress and general manager of China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Co., Ltd., pointed out that it will continue to promote the readjustment of state-owned capital and the restructuring of state-owned enterprises. In response, the 11th National People’s Congress, Hunan Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. General Manager Zhou Changgong believes that the tobacco industry should step up restructuring efforts across provinces to promote the rational flow of resources in a larger context and continuously improve the overall competitiveness of China’s tobacco.
