本文通过对“宝万之争”案例的分析发现,导致该事件发生的根源在于缺乏各生产要素提供者合作共赢的制度。为此,作者针对人力资本出资环节、生产要素运营环节、经营成果分享环节、生产要素退出环节,设计了基于合作共赢的人力资本承诺出资制度。
Through the analysis of the case of Bao Wan, this paper finds that the root cause of the incident is the lack of a system of win-win cooperation among all factors of production. To this end, the author designed a system of human capital commitment based on the cooperation and win-win situation in view of the contribution of human capital, the operation of production factors, the sharing of operating results and the withdrawal of production factors.
