面对当前历史变革的新时期,医院思想政治工作如何适应不断出现新情况、新问题的要求;如何使思想政治工作行之有效;如何潜移默化地进行“四有”教育;怎样对医院的重大问题作出决策等等。院党委针对这些问题,开展了思想政治工作,一年来收到好的效果。我们在工作中的作法和体会,概括起来有四条,用中医的术语来说就是:
