本文介绍了YG类和YT类硬质合金刀片与不同刀体材料的中温真空钎焊。介绍了控制刀片裂纹和改善钎料润湿性能的方法。通过对硬质合金和刀体材料连接表面进行镀层处理,成功地用银-铜钎料钎接了硬质合金滚刀。随着高强度,高硬度和其它难加工材料制造齿轮的日益增多,以及为了用精滚代替磨齿工艺来加工硬齿面齿轮,一种大负前角的大、中模数的硬质合金滚刀正得到广泛应用。但这种滚刀在刀片和刀体的连接上存在困难,为此研究了硬质合金滚刀的中温真空钎焊工艺。
This article describes the YG and YT carbide cutting inserts with different body temperature vacuum brazing. The method of controlling the blade crack and improving the solder wetting performance is introduced. Carbide hobs were successfully brazed with silver-copper brazing filler metal by coating the joining surfaces of the cemented carbide and the body material. With the increasing strength of high hardness, high hardness and other gears made of difficult to machine materials, and in order to use fine grinding instead of grinding process to process hardened gears, a large negative angle of the large, medium modulus carbide Hob is being widely used. However, this kind of hob has difficulties in the connection between the blade and the tool body. Therefore, the medium temperature vacuum brazing process of the cemented carbide hob has been studied.
