目的:建立食用油中20种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的超高效液相色谱-质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法,并对杭州超市采集的30份食用油样品中PAEs的含量进行了评估。方法:MS/MS法检测。结果:20种PAEs范围好,相关系数为0.9990~1.0000,最低检测浓度为0.02μg/kg~1.4μg/L,加标回收率为70.0%~117.3%,RSD为2.2%~11.2%(n=6),方法检出限为0.15μg/kg~14.4μg/kg。结论:本法加标回收及精密度均符合食品中PAEs检测的要求。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 20 kinds of phthalates (PAEs) in edible oil by UPLC-MS / MS. In 30 samples of edible oils collected from Hangzhou Supermarket, PAEs were evaluated. Methods: MS / MS detection. Results: The range of 20 PAEs was good, the correlation coefficient was 0.9990 ~ 1.0000, the lowest detection limit was 0.02μg / kg ~ 1.4μg / L, the recoveries were 70.0% ~ 117.3%, RSD was 2.2% ~ 11.2% 6). The detection limit was 0.15μg / kg ~ 14.4μg / kg. Conclusion: The method of spiked recovery and precision are in line with PAEs in food testing requirements.
