目的探讨洛泊对体外培养的浆液性卵巢癌细胞SKOV3凋亡的诱导作用。方法体外培养卵巢癌细胞SKOV3,用MTT比色法检测洛铂对SKOV3细胞株的增殖抑制作用以及流式细胞仪检测洛铂对SKOV3细胞株的凋亡率。结果体外培养的卵巢癌SKOV3细胞经不同浓度的洛泊处理后细胞生长明显受到抑制,洛泊作用于卵巢癌SKOV3细胞可诱导细胞的凋亡。结论卵巢癌SKOV3细胞对洛泊敏感,洛泊对卵巢癌细胞的杀伤作用是通过诱导细胞凋亡途径实现的。
Objective To investigate the induction of apoptosis of ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 by oxaliplatin in vitro. Methods The ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 was cultured in vitro. The inhibitory effect of lobaplatin on SKOV3 cell line was detected by MTT colorimetric assay. The apoptosis rate of SKOV3 cell line was detected by flow cytometry. Results The ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells cultured in vitro were significantly inhibited by different doses of losopram. The effect of opal on SKOV3 cells was induced by apoptosis. Conclusions Ovarian cancer SKOV3 cells are sensitive to lobesoporin, and the killing effect of opal on ovarian cancer cells is through the induction of apoptosis pathway.
