“神医作法消灾”“保健养生购物”“通信诈骗”“集资诈骗”……如今,骗子的诈骗手段不断翻新,他们的主要目标也锁定为老年人。有专家分析,老人容易上当受骗的主要原因是防范意识不强,给骗子以可乘之机。另外,许多老年人缺乏子女关爱,容易在陌生人“关心”后,将积蓄“送”给他们。诈骗手法不断翻新2015年4月24日,甘肃兰州市西固区警方摧毁了一个以“神医作法消灾”为手段的诈骗犯罪团伙,破获系列诈骗案件30余起,涉案金额20余万元,抓获犯罪嫌疑人7名。
