心前区高频阻抗图简称心阻抗图或心血流图,是一种无创伤性心脏功能检查的方法。近年来,国内外应用阻抗法测定心输出量方面有了较大进展,但着重于图形分析的报道较少。现对62例心阻抗图图形初步分析如下。 检查对象 62例心阻抗图中男性41例,女性21例。按病种分类:冠心病19例(其中陈旧性心肌梗塞6例),高血压病7例,心肌病5例,风湿性心脏病3例,先天性心脏病房间隔缺损1例,心律失常12例,另有15例为正常对照组。 方法 仪器 用上海安源医疗用品厂的DXT—Ⅱ型血流图仪匹配以XDY—Ⅰ型心电心音
