伴随着企业规模经济的发展壮大,对企业职工提出了新的要求,需要加强对企业职工进行思想政治教育,使企业职工摆正心态,促进企业职工之间的团结协作能力,为企业发展壮大提供有效地精神支持。本文从对企业职工开展政治思想工作的重要性,分析当前企业职工的心理状态,并提出解决措施,希望为企业思想政治工作开展提供一定的借鉴参考。
